1. How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
We recommend booking us at least 3–6 months in advance—especially if your wedding falls during the busy season (November to February). Our dates fill up fast!
2. What’s the payment structure for wedding bookings?
Definitely. We’ll recommend spots based on your style and vibe.
3. What’s included in your wedding package?
Our payment terms are simple and transparent:
- 25% advance to confirm your booking
- 25% on the pre-wedding shoot day (if included)
- 40% on the final day of wedding coverage
- 10% at the time of album delivery
4. How many hours do you cover on the wedding day?
Our wedding packages typically include:
- Full-day photography & cinematography coverage
- A team of experienced professionals
- Candid + traditional shots
- Drone footage (if allowed by venue)
- All raw data (photos & videos)
- Edited highlight video
- Album design & printing
5. When will we receive the raw data?
All unedited/raw photos and videos will be delivered via a secure online drive within 7–10 days after your wedding.
6. How do we select photos for our wedding album?
Once you receive your raw data, you’ll have 25–30 days to select your favourite photos. After your selection and our design approval, we’ll send the album for print.
7. When will we receive the final printed album?
Once the album design is finalized and approved, it will be delivered to you within 25–30 days.
8. Do we need to arrange travel or stay for your team?
If your wedding is outside Kolkata or at a destination, the client is responsible for covering travel, accommodation, and meals for the team. We’ll coordinate all logistics with you ahead of time.
9. Can you cover bridal/groom makeup and getting-ready shots?
Yes, we love capturing those behind-the-scenes moments! Just make sure your makeup artist is informed and comfortable with us filming or photographing the process.
10. Can we use our choice of music for the wedding film?
Absolutely. If you're using copyrighted music, it's your responsibility to secure the necessary permissions or licenses. We can also suggest royalty-free tracks that fit beautifully.

Usually 4 to 6 hours, depending on the plan and number of locations.
6. What if it rains on the shoot day?
We’ll reschedule or switch to a backup indoor location — no stress.
7. When should we book the shoot?
Ideally 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.
8. Will we get all the edited photos?
Yes, you’ll receive all the best edited high-res images digitally.
9. Can you travel outside Kolkata?
Yes, we shoot across India — just tell us where and we’ll plan it.
10. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your plan. We’ll go over everything in the meeting.
