1. Payment Schedule:
To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required upfront. Another 25% is due on the pre-wedding shoot date. A 40% installment is to be paid on the final day of the event coverage, and the remaining 10% is payable upon delivery of the final album. -
2. Delivery of Raw Files:
All unedited photos and videos will be delivered via an online drive within 7–10 days after the event. -
3. Album Photo Selection:
Clients must complete the selection of photos for album design within 25–30 days of receiving the raw data. Timely selection ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process. -
4. Album Delivery Timeline:
Once the album design is approved by the client, the final printed album will be delivered within 25–30 days. -
5. Travel & Accommodation:
All expenses related to travel, accommodation, and meals for the photography/videography crew are to be covered by the client. -
6. Usage Rights:
We reserve the right to use selected photographs and video clips for portfolio and marketing purposes (including online and print). If copyrighted music is to be used in your wedding video, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions or licenses. -
7. Makeup Coverage:
If the client wishes to include the bridal makeup process in the photo or video coverage, prior permission must be obtained from the makeup artist. -
8. Transportation Allowance:
The client is responsible for providing a transportation allowance for the crew as needed.
